Our primary service is the provision of written Expert Opinion and testimony to the Legal Community and Financial Trustees to assist with the fair resolution of personal injury compensation claims, compensation to relatives claims or financial planning.
The scope of a Care and Domestic Assistance assessments include the plaintiff’s reasonable and necessary need for past and future care, domestic assistance, professional services, home modifications and equipment.
Cost of Care reports are managed through our division Cost of Care, where we have partnered with in-home care services across NSW in order to build a large database of prices for in home nursing and domestic services across 21 regions of NSW.
We regularly perform “authorised visitors assessments” for Fund Managers/Trustees in order to provide our clients with a comprehensive picture of the ‘protected person’s’ living environment, quality of life, social support networks, and health status.
A Vocational Assessment is used to determine an individual’s skills and experience against their functional capacity following an injury. Our comprehensive reports identify return to work or alternative employment options, and lost earnings calculations.

following a death of a loved one, by clarifying the roles, contributions and needs of the involved
